Damaged or Defective Items

Natural Variations

Many Sins & Sirens pieces are designed with textured, aged and irregular finishes.

Subtle variations in texture, tone and surface markings are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects or imperfections. Sins and Sirens

These natural variations do not qualify an item for replacement.

Incorrect Orders

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.

Shipping-Related Issues
